A Photo of Wynne newly arrived in India, where as intended
she was instantly surrounded by handsome young men. In spite
of her broken love affair she seems to have had a happy
time...she certainly looks happier than her mother!

Blanche is sitting directly behind the lady
with the large boater and the frilly white shirt. Poor woman, she
is not looking very happy, but in the end the agonies of the tropical
journey proved to be worthwhile.
